As we wrap up for Christmas it’s always good to look back on the year and reflect on everything we’ve achieved in the past 12 months. There are so many highlights to celebrate, including…. ✅ Training 4,400 delegates across 770 commercial courses 🧮 Our first ever finance apprenticeship cohort completing their Level 2 programme 🏅 8 members of staff celebrating long service celebrations, totalling 155 years! 🎓 The first cohort of our Hamble Aerostructures Ltd Academy completed their first year 🌏 We welcomed back Mabway Limited for the second BAE Systems Saudi Arabia programme 🏆 Introduced 2 new special awards at #AZAwards2024 💻 Enhancing our business admin apprenticeship programme and expanding our digital skills services 📖 Launching our ADVANCE apprentice digi-mag ✨ Winning 2 awards at the News & Observer Apprentice Awards, and being finalists for 3 others 💸 Raising over £500 for 9 different charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support, RSPCA and Rosemary Foundation We’re really looking forward to seeing what 2025 has in store! 2024 has seen an amazing journey with our AAT Finance Apprenticeship programmes, a huge thank you and well done to Karen Nicholls for growing this area and delivering brilliant results 👏🥳

We had a jam-packed festive day yesterday for our final Team Day of the year! Including: 📺 A festive Taskmaster inspired team building activity 🏅 Long service awards celebrating over 50 years of service at PETA 🍬 Christmas stalls showcasing the creations of 4 of our talented team members 🧥 Charity Christmas jumper competition in aid of Save the Children, raising over £100 (congratulations Tony Hart!) ✨ Surprise video showcasing the highlights and achievements of 2024 🧠 4 fantastic personal development workshops – led by Sohaila Sophia, Claire Tamplin, Tom Worley and Darren Tibble, thank you to you all! 🎁 A host of gifts (including new branded lanyards!) 🎶…and a delicious roast dinner lunch 🤩 Thank you to everyone who helped make it a great day! 👏
