Today the government has unveiled plans to address NHS waiting lists, and I’m delighted to see that a new Partnership Agreement has been announced this morning between the NHS and the independent sector. This agreement strengthens the shared commitment of both parties to collaborate in reducing elective care backlogs and broadening opportunities for joint efforts.
