Raising the standard this International Men's Day! As we celebrate International Men’s Day, we reflect on how proud we are to work for a company that puts people first and always strives to do the right thing. In February 2023, phs Group launched Dispose with Dignity, a ground-breaking campaign to support men’s health and wellbeing behind the cubicle door. This mission grew further with the introduction of the BOG STANDARD Charter in August 2024 - a set of guidelines helping businesses create dignified washrooms where men can dispose with dignity. We’re thrilled to share that all phs Wastekit sites are now Gold accredited! Each site has a phs Male Incontinence Bin and incontinence products available for colleagues and visitors, setting the standard for washroom equality. This International Men’s Day, we’re also raising awareness and funds for Prostate Cancer UK, phs Group’s official charity partner. Together, we’re championing men’s health, one step at a time.
