  • Today is Brew Monday, and we're supporting the Samaritans as they say 'out with the blue and in with the brew' - encouraging people to reach out to one another and check-in. There's a range of resources on their website to support today's event: https://buff.ly/3QKrBnP We want to encourage more open conversations about mental health in the workplace, and better signposting for support. A simple brew and a chat can make a big difference - whether it's in the office or virtually, let's continue to pick up our mugs, connect with others, and reach out for support when needed. Ensure your available mental health support is clearly communicated, and that line managers are trained to spot symptoms and signpost available resources. Should you need further support with your mental health the Samaritans are here to help 365 days a year - available to call on 116 123.
