PIC Construction Group are based in Brentwood, Essex, UK with 15 years of extensive experience in both main contracting and subcontracting. We have acted as principal contractor on significant projects for private developers and clients and undertaken large single and multi trade subcontracts for a variety of large clients. PIC Construction Group focus on growing our business in the following areas: - Working for large main contractors as a full service multi trade sub-contractor. - Principal contractor for private developers on new build and refurbishment projects. - Supply of labour. We also carry out a large number of miscellaneous builders work / incidental items packages where individual tasks are often too small for single trade subcontractors but where it makes financial sense to combine smaller tasks into one subcontract.

Journey up to Leeds today to celebrate the topping out of the project. The sun came out all afternoon. The brick facade has come on vastly since our last visit, the team of PIC Construction Group are eating through the works and are up under the screens in many of the masts. The Aliva UK A1 clay system being used to create a very crisp facade. Great work to all involved in this scheme.
Another fantastic Unite Students project in Nottingham, Lower Parliament Street completed successfully. We have been appointed by RG Group to supply and install SFS from Kingspan Group and EWI brick slip system and stone cladding from Aliva UK. Great appreciation for the entire team involved in the project Ollie Fox , alexandru golovasciuc and Ion Damian that delivered in the time frame program and highest quality.
