  • 64 EEG channels reading with feature extraction in real-time via Jetson Nano (Orin), doest it make sense?

Hello friends, on the eve of Christmas, great news 🎉🎉🎉 from PiEEG and probably last from this year I successfully tested the possibility of increasing the channels for reading EEG signals on the JetsonNano (Orin). 🌟 Up to 64 EEG channels device for real-time with Deep Learning for feature extraction with JetsonNano (Orin). 🌟 Real-Time for 64 Ch 🌟 Deep Learning for feature extraction Soon it will be possible to attach the JNEEG board to each other shields and increase the number of channels up to 64!!!. Do you think it is convenient to attach shields to each other or is it better to do everything on one shield? 32 and 64 on one board GitHub is here https://lnkd.in/e-q9-f2i YouTube demo for 8 Ch https://lnkd.in/eqSikMTz #EEG #BCI #neuroscience #python #pieeg #science #bioscience #healthcare #nvidia

I've just finished this great course by Ildar Rakhmatulin on EEG signal processing using Python. Its a great introduction into signal processing and covers various methods of data visualisation and cleaning (+ includes supplementary code). For anyone wanting to get involved in BCI applications with EEG it's a great start and doesn't take long. https://lnkd.in/eBbG57bv

Hello Friends. I am happy to share limited Free access to my Udemy course - "Signal Processing (Python) for Neuroscience Practical course" Sorry, free access is over, please. just send message to pieeg@pieeg.com with one word "course" and at begin of January I will send the link with free access This is my first time on Udemy, and I didn't know that in Udemu I have ability to use links for free limited access. I apologize for not sharing it right away, I'm correcting myself now. #EEG #learning #Udemy #pieeg #UdemyCourse #BCI #BrainComputerInterface #PythonProgramming #EEGData #DataScience

great news! 🎉 🎉 For everyone who has PiEEG devices or would like to buy via Elecrow, we have a token for free access to the course that we yesterday published in Udemy "Signal Processing (Python) for Neuroscience Practical course".  So easy for hardware and practical course for Signal Processing! https://lnkd.in/ezuXuXuJ This course is especially comfortable for PiEEG devices since the course is implemented in the same structure as the saved dataset in PiEEG. #EEG #BCI #neuroscience #science #learning #python

With PiEEG we are working for hardware for everyone, but signal processing and feature extraction one the most limiting factors to move neuroscience from the lab to real life. MindGarden is on the way to solving this problem, comfortable data analysis in one platform!

Really, happy to share, that we published a course - "Signal Processing (Python) for Neuroscience Practical Course" With PiEEG we always wanted democratized neuroscience for all, however, hardware is only halfway, so for this reason we created a specially practical course for signal processing EEG data, which is also very easy and quickly allows understand signal processing areas for neuroscience. This course is quite comfortable with PiEEG devices, so you can learn if you want with your data as well, and I believe it will be quite interesting.

Hello, my friends 🎉🎉🎉 , bioscience, and neuroscience researchers, lecturers, students, and everyone who likes coding and brain-computer interfaces. I am really happy to share, that first time in my life I published a course on Udemy "Signal Processing with Python for Neuroscience, Practical course ". It is an especially practical course, a short example of how to implement the most popular algorithms in signal processing for EEG data, and easy (just copy from the course) to implement them in your applied tasks. So I believe short demonstrations with very easily readable and short scripts it is a quite short way to understand how to make signal processing. This course is perfectly suitable for datasets from the low-cost PiEEG device (available in Elecrow), but actually, datasets can be used from any device, since the structure of the dataset is the general format. As you know I worked for many years in hardware for low-cost and easy-to-apply brain-computer interfaces (BCI) however just hardware is not enough to achieve any task in neuroscience because EEG data is quite noisy and not stationary signals. so for this reason I collected all my projects for the last years in quite short and readable scripts, to provide an opportunity in real-time to see how works with algorithms for EEG, and easily change coefficients in see in the graph result.   So the signal process is the most important thing in EEG data as an engineer, I believe that providing applied knowledge is a short way to undestand what signal processing is for EEG and how to use it.  Finally, I've been a Udemy student for many years and have always loved the platform, so this is a new path, and really hope that I chose the correct way to represent my lessons. https://lnkd.in/ewfrBWcx #EEG #learning #Udemy #pieeg #UdemyCourse #BCI #BrainComputerInterface #PythonProgramming #EEGData #DataScience
