This means we're on the look out for people to join our mission; making people happier one pizza at a time.  11 years ago Thom and James started their pilgrimage by driving a Piaggio Ape around Naples for six weeks learning how to make pizza from some of the best Neapolitan pizza chefs. Could not be more CHUFFED that our very own Clive Watkins is up for the Rising Star AWARD at the MCA Hospitality Awards. He is someone who truly considers lifetime value when talking commercials or when working with his people. A master of delivering the bigger picture, he is exceptionally also into the detail. There is not a number he does not know or a person whose life story he has not considered when making plans for his area. Clive consistently inspires, whether it’s in sharing daily quotes in the Ops team, sharing stories from his vast experience, or supporting GM’s write their Why statements in the Leadership Programme. Here's Bledi Jahjaga & Luigi Azzarone, who are both celebrating 5 years at Pilgrims today. Yes, you read that right, 5 years! Bledi is our Head of Food, who is the mastermind of our pizza quality, sustainability, and kitchen standards. Luigi is our Openings Manager, ensuring that each of our new openings is better than the last, making our new customers happier one pizza at a time. Thank you for the 5 years Bledi and Luigi, you fully deserve your 4 week sabbaticals. Here's to many more pizzas together 🫶

Meet Joe RB. We think he's a bit of a legend. It's Joe's last day today as our General Manager of Camden Pilgrims as he takes on his new role as Training Manager in our Learning & Development team. Joe's worked in many of our pizzerias, such as Exmouth Market, Canary Wharf, & Covent Garden. He's welcomed 100's of new Pilgrims to the company, delivered workshops to many of our managers, created bundles of training materials, and truly represents our values every day. We're very proud of you, Joe. Here's to many more pizzas together 🫶
