Happy 2025! There’s no better way to start the year than by sharing some amazing feedback from a project we’re so proud of... When the British Psychological Society (BPS) entrusted Planit with organising the BPS Psychology Careers Festival, our mission was clear: to bring knowledge, structure, and support to create an engaging and seamless experience. Spanning five days across four virtual stages, this online event explored various psychology-related careers, connecting attendees with insights and opportunities across the field. Here’s what BPS had to say: 💬 "Planit brought an enormous amount of knowledge and experience, building a friendly and effective working partnership. We’re thrilled to share one of our most festive recent projects - Auto Trader’s AT Fest! 🎄✨ For this project, our concept was 'A Little Something for Everyone' - we designed and curated a daytime festive celebration at their offices with a series of activities tailored to different personality types, ensuring an inclusive and unforgettable festive experience. From quiet spaces to hands-on creativity and unforgettable performances, we designed a programme full of festive magic: ✨ Guests entered through a magical snow globe optical illusion, setting the festive tone. 🎶 Live music performances on the AT Fest main stage, brought to life in partnership with Sofar Sounds , featuring local Folk, R&B, and Pop artists. 🌿 Creative candle and wreath-making workshops with Oats & Honey. 🍪 A Gingerbread Car Competition, judged by the talented Thomas Franks Ltd catering team. 🎨 Personalised gift customisations workshop led by international artist MattB Customs (collaborator with Ed Sheeran, Nike, and Ariana Grande!) - a truly unique keepsake for attendees. 📚 Quiet spaces offering festive films and a library exchange for downtime and reflection. 🌟 Auto Trader’s internal culture took centre stage with interactive team recognition activations inspired by their Miro board. The result was a festive experience that ensured everyone could take part in a way that suited them - truly a little something for everyone! At Planit, tight budgets don’t have to limit creativity - they can inspire it. For the Nestlé Confectionery Conference 2024, we reimagined what was possible with thoughtful design, smart strategies, and meaningful touches that brought the “Creating Little Smiles” theme to life for 300 delegates 🍫 Here’s a sneak peek at how we did this: 🍬 Consistent Design: We created a consistent traditional sweet shop-inspired event ident around the confectionary canopy, which became the red thread tying the entire event together, from pre-comms to stage execution. 🍬 Engagement Moments: We brought brand-specific challenges to life with mini-activations like the Randoms Challenge, which encouraged attendees to find the benefit in randomness and turn it into a brilliant idea, and the Misses That Made Us, highlighting why failure can often be the first step toward success. 🍬 Immersive Branding: Branding touch points were woven throughout the event, ending in the main plenary stage featuring a simple canopy nod to the sweet shop theme, blending nostalgia with modernity and tying together all elements of the day. 🍬 Attention to Detail: Every detail was designed to drive engagement, foster connection, and rekindle that childhood sense of delight - all while making the most of the resources available. 🍬 Sustainability at the Centre: Working with EventCycle, all assets were either retained by the client for future use or responsibly broken down to minimise waste. The result was a cohesive, memorable event, with some attendees saying it was the best Nestlé event they’d attended in over 20 years 🌟 👉 Swipe to see how it all came together!
