We are excited to share that Platform has submitted our first Building Safety Case (BSC) to the Building Safety Regulator for De Montfort House, a 16-storey building with 272 flats in Leicester. This is the largest building in our portfolio of five high-rise residential buildings, all of which will need a BSC. The BSC shows that we have all the necessary safety information and outlines how we manage any risks. It also details our systems and processes for ongoing safety and how we communicate with our residents. Our in-house team created the 57-page safety case, which includes 35 appendices and additional information. This effort involved many departments and external partners. We submitted the BSC before the deadline and are now awaiting feedback from the Regulator. #TogetherForSafety #NSHSCW #safetyweek #ASCP #SafeHomes ASCP UK
