This role is a senior leadership role within the PMCPA and the person appointed will be expected to contribute significantly to delivery of the PMCPA strategy, in addition to the smooth running of the complaints procedure for the PMCPA. A quick reminder that our public consultation on updating the 2021 ABPI Code of Practice for the pharmaceutical industry is ongoing and there is still time to get your responses in before 29 February, when the consultation closes.   The ABPI Code embodies the pharmaceutical industry’s commitment to operate in a professional, ethical and transparent manner. It is the cornerstone of the UK system of industry self-regulation, which includes and extends beyond UK law. The full consultation documents can be found here.
