Port of Blyth is delighted to share the success of its 2024 Christmas Appeal, having raised £3,472 for Blyth Foodbank and donated 117 gifts to Operation Elf! Thanks to the collective efforts of staff, tenants, local businesses and the community, Port of Blyth has made a huge difference this Christmas. Special thanks to Royal IHC, NRL Group, JK LIFTING EQUIPMENT LTD, Voe Marine, Pharos Offshore Group and Enshore Subsea who each donated up to £1000 each to Blyth Foodbank; as well as RWE Sofia Offshore Wind Farm, Voe Marine and TEXO who donated a collective 87 gifts for Operation Elf. Martin Lawlor OBE, Chief Executive at Port of Blyth, commented: “The support we have received this Christmas period has been remarkable, and I cannot express my thanks enough to everyone who has contributed to this year’s Christmas Appeal.
