With a passion for creating better drinks, we turned the basement of our bar in Aberdeen, Scotland into one of the UK's most innovative micro-distilleries. We built our own vacuum still, which distills botanicals at low temperatures, retaining their fresh, natural flavour. While working closely with the UK's oldest and most respected gin distillers, we perfected the art of cold-distilling botanicals.
