Self care is NOT self indulgent! 🤯🤯 Self care is also NOT spa days, ice baths, eating quinoa and meditation.... 🤨 Here is what self care is: Saying no Reading Discipline Mindfulness Being positive Being enthusiastic Eating a balanced healthy diet Connecting to nature Listening to music Commitment Getting enough sleep Doing the things you love with the people you love Not abusing your body Prioritising your passions and interests Understanding how others feel Understanding how you feel Having clear boundaries Not comparing to others Choosing to be happy Everyday rest, recuperation, relaxation Having a regular and appropriate exercise regime Prioritising your mental, physical & emotional health Not seeking external validation Kindness Gratitude The list goes on....
