    I’m excited to announce that on Thursday, 31st October, we officially transitioned from First Business Water to Pozitive Water. This rebrand represents much more than a name change—it's a major milestone in our journey, evolving from a dedicated water retailer into a multi-utility service provider. Now, we’re ready to offer integrated solutions across water, energy, telecoms, EV charging, and payments. Since launching in 2017, we’ve grown tremendously, serving over 5,000 customers, switching more than 12,000 Supply Point Identifiers (SPIDs), and earning a reputation for exceptional customer service and simplified billing. Our 2023 acquisition by PE has further empowered us with enhanced resources, expertise, and technology, allowing us to better meet the evolving needs of UK businesses amid challenges like population growth and climate change. I’m immensely proud of our team for their commitment to this shared vision, driving our progress with open communication, teamwork, and support for one another. Your dedication has been essential to our success. If it's safe to do so, take the reading on your own, but always prioritise health and safety. 2️⃣ Visibility Matters: If the meter display is elusive, your trusty mobile phone can come to the rescue! Take a picture through the chamber lid to capture the reading. 3️⃣ Issues or Concerns? Reach Out! For flooded chambers, heavy/damaged covers, or any unreadable meter issues, drop us an email at meterreads@firstbusinesswater.co.uk 4️⃣ Lost Your Meter? Can't Find It? No worries! Shoot us an email at meterreads@firstbusinesswater.co.uk 5️⃣ Crystal Clear Readings: Keep your meter glass clean by wiping it with a cloth or sponge, especially if dust or condensation is building up.
