I’m excited to announce that on Thursday, 31st October, we officially transitioned from First Business Water to Pozitive Water. This rebrand represents much more than a name change—it's a major milestone in our journey, evolving from a dedicated water retailer into a multi-utility service provider. Now, we’re ready to offer integrated solutions across water, energy, telecoms, EV charging, and payments. Since launching in 2017, we’ve grown tremendously, serving over 5,000 customers, switching more than 12,000 Supply Point Identifiers (SPIDs), and earning a reputation for exceptional customer service and simplified billing. Our 2023 acquisition by PE has further empowered us with enhanced resources, expertise, and technology, allowing us to better meet the evolving needs of UK businesses amid challenges like population growth and climate change. I’m immensely proud of our team for their commitment to this shared vision, driving our progress with open communication, teamwork, and support for one another.
