This Global AF Aware Week, we are supporting @AF Association as they work to improve the lives of individuals with Atrial Fibrillation (AF). Together, we are raising awareness and enhancing care for AF patients worldwide. AF Association emphasises four key steps to achieve this: Detection: Identifying irregular heart rhythms early. Protection: Reducing the risk of AF-related strokes, sudden cardiac death, and misdiagnosis. Correction: Ensuring access to appropriate treatments for individuals. Perfection: By achieving the goals of detection, protection, and correction, we can strive for perfection in identifying individuals with AF earlier, ultimately reducing the number of deaths and devastating life changes through timely treatment. Join us in supporting this vital cause by raising awareness in your community. Simply share this post and explore AF Association’s resources at: https://lnkd.in/gYxcmsQU #GAFAW2024 #AFAssociation #AFAwareness #HeartsBeatingMindsMeeting
