Now a Systems Administrator and Cyber Specialist at Computeam, Brad’s dedication and hard work during his apprenticeship earned him a distinction—and now, a gold medal! 🥇 His success is a shining example of the incredible achievements possible through a high-quality apprenticeship programme and the support of fantastic employers like Computeam. It is my greatest honour to announce that this week, I achieved a gold medal at the WorldSkills UK 2024 final for IT support technician! 🥇 It was a hard fought competition against some of the most talented individals I've ever met, and it really came down to the line. It means so much to me that I managed to take the number 1 spot! Well done to everyone who took part, you should all be proud of how far you've come. Thank you to all of the organisers, judges and venues that made this week what is was. 🤝 Now onto the next adventure!

One month in🗓️ - Kicking off my Level 3 IT Apprenticeship has been such an exciting journey so far!🚀 Today marks one month since I started working at Synex Group, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience! In just one month, I’ve gained hands-on experience tackling IT challenges, resolving support tickets, developing communication skills, troubleshooting user issues, and exploring new platforms. Every day brings something new, and while there have been a few challenges, it’s been rewarding to learn from them and gradually overcome each one. A huge thank you to my amazing team for their support in helping me settle into the role!☺️ I’m excited to see where the next few months hopefully take me 👀 and I can’t wait to learn more! 🔔 This isn't ME 🔔 Its an Avatar I created using the A.I platform HeyGen 💡 📷 It took about 5 mins to capture my image and voice and now I can have it say any script I type, even in different languages. 💬 At first we were laughing at how funny I sounded and how there's something a little off about the whole thing....... 💻 BUT as the evening went on I started to think of all the business applications of tools like these in literally every industry out there..... 🎓 As someone who works in a training provider; I can already imagine writing scripts for micro-video training content, having it give video feedback to students from my notes, Creating FAQ's and interactive assessments, Skills tutorials, Induction videos, Announcements......the list could be endless. As a first attempt, I felt like this already has so much potential. BUT I was just scratching the surface. If I put more time into training it, having multiple camera angles, adding background's, image and text elements; not to mention all the editing tools for the voice, video and scripts.....it will just get better. 💯 ❓ I'm not sure how I'm feeling this morning ❓ 😱 Is it Creepy?
