About us
Prism advises a select group of top-tier clients working in challenging markets and dealing with complex operations, disputes, and negotiations. Decades of work in commercial, advisory, investigative, and analytical contexts has given us deep regional and sectoral expertise. We combine a wide range of approaches, including extensive fieldwork, a large network of high-quality contacts, and sophisticated investigative techniques. We have spent decades living in jurisdictions across Eurasia. Our human intelligence is gathered from contacts who are known to us and whose reliability we can assess. We are adept at identifying disinformation and interference by third parties or opponents. Government relations teams benefit from both our regional and our investigative skills and compliance teams can make use of our market expertise. We set out with a deep understanding of our client’s concerns and work as closely as possible with our them during engagements. This allows us to identify unforeseen risks, test new information gathering techniques, identify novel solutions to disputes, and adapt to our clients’ own shifting circumstances. We are a specialist firm owned by our principals. We work painstakingly for a select group of top-tier clients. Our analysis is objective and our work is not influenced by outside parties such as third-party ownership or local governments.

On Monday, PRISM Senior Analyst Bota Iliyas discussed the implications of incoming President Trump's administration on Ukraine. Contact PRISM directly for the analysis. #Prismpolitics #Prismgeopolitics #Ukraine
Thank you, Sílvia Amaro and CNBC, for a discussion on what the incoming Donald Trump administration could mean for Ukraine. Trump has promised to end the war quickly and, unlike US allies, never said he wants Ukraine to win. But he is unlikely to be able to simply force a lasting, just, and secure conclusion to the war. Providing tangible security guarantees to Ukraine will be a critical element of any enduring resolution—something Trump is very unlikely to offer. #Ukraine #Ukrainewar #TrumpandUkraine ©2024 CNBC (UK) Limited. PRISM's Olivia Allison spoke yesterday at GeoLegal yesterday to discuss Ukraine: both the latest investment trends as well as the geopolitical and sanctions risk. #prismpolitics #prismstrategicintelligence
Wow GeoLegal London TOMORROW is shaping up to be even more epic than New York. Adding two new headliners right now: *D. Casey Flaherty, top global expert on legal technology, will speak on "The Growing Gap—Regulatory Ratcheting and Legal Resourcing" *Marko Papic, one of the world's most insightful macro analysts will share his view of the world, no doubt with a humor (humour?) no one else can. They will join Ffion Flockhart of our host A&O Shearman, who will cover the intersection of geopolitics and cyber, a theme Edward L. will extend as he talks about hacking democracy. Tom Rice and Andrew Cooke, legal leadership at TravelPerk, will wow us with a dialectal of "Everything will be awful vs everything will be glorious." Rohitesh Dhawan and Kruthika A. Bala will unpack the case study of how the mining industry is raising sustainability standards. Tim Williams of McDonald's will moderate a panel on business intelligence and geopolitics with Juliet Young, Olivia Allison and Beniamino I., a theme Tor McLaren and Ollie W. will pick up in their session as well. Ciarán Fenton will help us understand what this means for the purpose, strategy and behaviour of in-house lawyers while Matteo Ilardo will help understand global fragmentation. Kenneth Damien will tie together AI risk and regulation in a presentation title "singularity games." Stephanie Needleman will also help us understand the shape of UK access to justice! If you live in London and you're not there, it can only be because you traveled somewhere exotic for half-term. Otherwise no excuses - join us! Photo taken last night after walking over 30,000 steps with Steve Heitkamp, while planning total domination for Hence Technologies.

For the Financial Times, PRISM Partner Kate Mallinson addressed growing concerns about the security of the supply of uranium on the sidelines of the World Nuclear Association Symposium in London last week. With more and more Kazakh uranium allocated to Russia and China, Western utilities need to think about where its future supplies of uranium will come from. #prism #prismpolitics #uranium #energysecurity https://lnkd.in/d2PVB75d

PRISM's Benjamin Godwin spent last week in Ukraine focusing on the opportunities and challenges for investors in the energy sector. Ukraine has a dramatic need for investment in new power generation, as well as transmission and storage capacity. This is a tremendous opportunity for investors keen to support Ukraine - if issues around financing, insurance, and physical security can be managed. On war insurance, we do see greater options emerging for investors – including in the private market. Yet more needs to be done to create a sufficient pool of funds for the reinsurance market. Despite the extremely difficult conditions, Ukrainians remain resolute and optimistic about the future of their country making the visit both fascinating and inspiring. #Prismpolitics #Ukraine #Energy #Investment
