💼 Koja je situacija oko menstruacije na poslu? 🩸💧 ❌ Istraživanje sa 2000 ispitanika u Engleskoj je pokazalo da čak 69% menstrualnih osoba ima negativna iskustva na poslu zbog simptoma menstruacije što uključuje manjak energije, menstrualne bolove, probleme s koncentracijom, napuhnutost i ostalo ❌Prema istraživanju CIPD-a, samo 12 % organizacija pruža pomoć osobama s menstruacijom A sada koja je situacije oko menopauze na poslu? ❌ 45% žena smatralo je da simptomi menopauze, poput manjka energije i umora, zaboravnost, promjene raspoloženja i ostalo negativno utječu na njihov rad te često rezultira anksioznošću te smanjenjem samopouzdanja ❌ 47% onih koje su morale uzeti slobodan dan zbog simptoma menopauze kaže da svom poslodavcu ne bi rekle pravi razlog. ❌ Te zbog stigma menopauze čak 1 od 8 žena u Engleskoj da otkaz A kakvo je stanje kod nas? I što je nama potrebno u Hrvatskoj kako bi imali bolje iskustvo menstruacije i (peri)menopauze na poslu?
