Our invoice finance solutions provide FAST access to funding in challenging situations or where other lenders are unable to tread, with a simple lending criteria based on the strength of the debtor book. “Servicing facilities up to £5 million” Pulse Cashflow Finance is the unique business to Business Asset Based lender that bases its finance decisions on the quality of the receivables we fund. We have a range of Factoring Solutions whatever the circumstances. The initial evaluation is based solely around an informal discussion & a review of a sales ledger from which we can provide a prompt in principle decision. Pulse Cashflow Finance provides Construction Finance & is able to offer a confidential construction finance facility for main contractors or first tier sub-contractors having turnover in excess of £2.5 million. We have been providing construction finance against invoices, staged payments & applications for payment for some time as part of our general invoice finance offering. Pulse works in tandem with external quantity surveyors (“Q.S’s”) to ensure our processes meet the highest professional standards. Outsourced Credit Control is a service we provide & offer tailored pre legal credit control for companies with sales ledgers of up to 300 debtors. Cash is the life blood of business & every day an invoice is outstanding it costs money & exposes them to risk of bad debt. Pulse Cashflow Finance is able to offer experienced credit controllers with established systems & processes, our credit control service can deliver consistent levels of cash in a highly cost effective way. A Berkshire based supplier of off the shelf computer hardware and software found themselves needing to find a new funder quickly when their incumbent funder gave them notice who had lost their appetite to supporting this firm.
