"People don’t just want to belong, they want to contribute". On a Team, hearing what people really think is crucial. Greater understanding. Stronger appreciation. Better problem-solving. Effective decision-making. Especially important when the stakes are high. Yet we know from experience, it’s not easy. Dominant voices, entrenched positions, a lack of listening, multiple voices speaking (to name just a few) can all stifle open and honest dialogue.
