Phil spent the morning at Richmond School yesterday, taking part in mock interviews with some of the students! We were invited by Richmond School to participate in mock interviews aimed at helping students practice and prepare for interviews in the future, and we were more than happy to lend our support. The mock interviews were organised by NYBEP Ltd offering students an opportunity to build their confidence, develop their interview skills, and receive constructive professional feedback. It was a wonderful opportunity for us too, to meet, chat with, and support young people in our local area! Here’s a quick checklist to help keep your customers in the loop throughout the chaos of Christmas: 🕒 Make sure your festive opening hours are updated on Google Business Profile, so customers know exactly when they can reach you! 📆 Set clear deadlines for final orders to ensure customers receive their items in time for Christmas. Display these prominently on your website, share them on social media, and communicate them via email marketing. 🚪 Share any closure dates to avoid any confusion. Communicate these on all your channels too – social media, website, and email – so your customers stay informed. 📞 If you have an emergency contact for support over Christmas, make sure the details are known to customers. This week, Maisy and Jess finally got the chance to meet up with their old apprenticeship development coach, Rebecca! Despite working closely with Rebecca throughout our courses, the remote setup of Apprentify meant that we’d never actually met her “in real life” - until now.
