The Qubstudio team has recently attended the Kaizen Hub event, which became a great opportunity for professional development and knowledge sharing. The event brought together specialists from various industries to discuss important topics on leadership, change, and growth in today’s world. 🤗 It was especially valuable to participate in the panel discussion. During the discussion, Marta Prysiazhniuk, Chief Organizational Development Officer at Qubstudio, shared her insights and strategies that help maintain motivation and effectiveness in difficult situations. Qubstudio, in collaboration with the Lviv IT Cluster , continues to prepare students for the real challenges of the professional world. 🎉  Another 10 talented students have completed the UX/UI design program as part of the Vo-Tech project. They embraced this journey with passion and dedication to design and are now ready to bring their ideas to life in real-world products. Throughout the course, participants learned UX/UI design fundamentals, worked with tools, created prototypes, and honed their skills through practical case studies. This is just the beginning of their path to outstanding achievements in the design field. We wish our graduates continuous growth, inspiration, and courage to bring their creative ideas to life. We are delighted to come together and reflect on our achievements 🤗 “This year brought many challenges, and every colleague significantly contributed to keeping Qubstudio strong and moving forward. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, evaluate our journey, and celebrate what we’ve accomplished together,” shared Nadia Lushchak, CEO. A special highlight of the event was meeting Sviatoslav Siryi, callsign “Brave”. His presence was a powerful reminder of the importance of working towards a better future for everyone. We held a silent auction during the event, raising 65,000 UAH to support the Azov Artillery and the 2nd Galician Brigade’s Artillery Reconnaissance Unit of the National Guard of Ukraine. Additionally, the company donated 350,000 UAH to enhance the Azov Artillery’s fire control systems. 🇺🇦 This year has been significant and filled with challenges for all of us! We believe that in 2025, we’ll transform even more products through the power of design. May the upcoming year bring even more excellent opportunities for growth and new achievements! 🤩
