The acquisition marks another milestone in Ranger’s continued growth and expansion, with Secureshield building out the Group’s footprint in Scotland and North-Eastern England. With plans for further imminent regional acquisitions in the pipeline, this announcement reiterates Ranger’s mission to become the one-stop solution in the UK and Ireland for fire and security services.

Great start to the working week as we welcome the newest member of the KSS Fire Suppression Team into the office. Lauren brings both experience & a cracking attitude to the role within the Operations Team, & I look forward to seeing how she can assist our own Rhonda Dunphy in growing the Service Dept. I was delighted to be asked by Vicki Park on behalf of Simpro Software to speak as a panel member at the recent London Simprosium on the benefits and insights that we have seen since integrating the software into our platform. Having signed contracts at the end of June, Ranger Fire & Security has moved quickly, led by Iain Gowans and Casey Harris from Simpro to implement the software into our first four businesses. We are already seeing the benefits of efficiencies, insights, and control, so we will continue to operate at pace to implement into our latest cohort of businesses.
