🚨 The game just changed. 🚨 You no longer have to guess where a bottleneck is or your throughput. We noticed that many manufacturers have steps where manual processes are involved. There was little visibility of throughput with these processes other than walking around to find piles of materials waiting or stacks of finished products. Building on our deep integration with machine controls and external sensors, we added another way to capture and measure OEE, MIP-Vision. Using Computer Vision, a subset of AI, we train our foundational model to understand any process, however complex. This isn't limited to manual production steps; this technique can also be used to monitor: - Legacy complex machines. - Processes in harsh environments such as furnaces or presses without sensors or casting. - Machines that have no PLC and don’t add electrical load when in use such as sonic measurement machines. The application of this technique in a factory is vast. It can even be used for safety and compliance. This new module gets us even closer to our vision of being able to capture the entire process in a factory.
