    Are we hiring for skills or mindset? Yes, technical skills are essential, especially in leadership roles. But what about the mindset? A candidate may have all the qualifications on paper, but if they lack adaptability and the willingness to grow, are they truly the right fit for our ever-changing environments? Remember, a great leader isn't just someone who knows the way; they're someone who can lead their team through the twists and turns along the journey. I’ve attached a great image that highlights the difference between a Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset. As you review your candidates, ask yourself: “What mindset am I bringing into my team?”
