Re-sauce

This is my last official day working in 2024 and what a year it’s been! I will log in now and then, but plan to take a couple of weeks R & R prior to the mayhem of #ISE 😊! HUGE thanks to all my amazing clients, to all the team here at Re-Sauce and to everyone who has supported me this year and over the past 4 years since I started. Especially the fabulous Vicki Goodlock, my amazing wife Toni and my two Boys, Steve and Az. From a work perspective, it has been by far and away the best and most enjoyable year I have had for a long-time, including organising the #TLC events. From a personal perspective, After Eve have gone from strength to strength, headlining a number of large local Outdoor Festivals and even played St Albans Arena!!! As I look forward to 2025, it will be my 60th and our 35th Wedding Anniversary; we expect the first grandchild from Az and will be off to see the Lions in Australia and play even more Festivals… It’s all super exciting and so whatever you’re doing, have a good one and see you in 2025! #avtweeps #family #ise #aftereve #partytime

I did have a chuckle at this when I saw it posted the other day. I absolutely HATE self-service tills.. For me, it always seems to take way longer, flashes up an issue and then you have to wait for the team to come and clear it… You also don’t get to have a chat with the people on the till. I know self-service kiosks are all part of our industry, but I don’t think you can beat the personal touch. What’s your preference? a. Self-service as I like it and it’s quicker b. I use the till when I can, as I like the interaction and it’s quicker c. Whatever has the shorter queue #avtweeps #avislife #tesco #selfservice

Up in London today for Mrs D’s Birthday! We have been lucky enough to eat at several top London Restaurants over the years, but Mrs D fancied a Pizza Hut 😂 and so who am I to argue!
