  • One of our customers took the time to write a letter to thank our Responders, Jenna and Nicky for their help and kindness. 🥰 Read what the letter says below: 'I would like to thank your Responders, Jenna Gallacher and Nicky French for looking after me at a coffee morning, after I had an episode. They sat with me and reassured me, phoned an ambulance and waited with me till it arrived. I felt safe and nothing was a problem as they phoned my hubby who came to hospital as soon as he heard. I would like to thank them very much for everything and for being so very kind to me.' reachandrespond.co.uk
