Award Winning Employer Brand Advocacy & Referral Technology
About us
Real Links is an award winning technology platform dedicated to reimagining referrals and employer brand advocacy. Real Links helps talent acquisition professionals meet a wide range of TA goals, putting the power back in your hands by making referrals and advocacy actively strategic. From hard to fill tech roles; early careers hiring; ED&I objectives; employer brand messaging or day-to-day hiring drives across your business, you can set up multiple campaigns dedicated to a specific business need, in just a few easy steps - all supported by our dedicated Customer Success team. Traditional approaches to referrals and advocacy result in quick decline in engagement, as employees are expected to refer roles and share content all year round. We know this doesn’t work, so our solution is to leverage your employees and their networks to build brand advocacy and drive referral candidates, but for short bursts of time - only as and when strategically necessary. Take a look at these key stats from Real Links customers: - Winner - The Firm Awards 2023 Best Referral Programme - Winner - In House Recruitment Awards 2022 Best Referral Programme - 680% increase in referral hires in just 6 months - 86% average employee engagement rate per campaign - 92% customer reported they now get referral hires as and when they need them - 350% average increase in hire across campaign areas This game changing campaign led approach to employer brand advocacy and employee referrals is highly engaging; produces rapid results and is easily scalable.

Had an awesome time over in the Netherlands this week speaking at Michael Boud's inspiring Employee Referral Recruitment Event! It was an honour to be asked to present alongside inspiring industry leaders such as Bryan Peereboom, Sarah Meijer, Eric Houwen, Aron Cristea, Ilse Weijland, Yves Pilet, Noor Mohamed and Liesbeth Driest! My talk explored how you can build a referral strategy that supports ED&I and other sessions covered interesting areas such as strengthening your referral strategy with AI, getting the organisation to invest in referrals & ensuring you guarantee quality! It was a great line-up & a really fun day that convinced me Real Links should be taking this show on the road with Michael, next stop London! It was also great to meet Marielle Boer-de Schaaf (in the picture) in person, Marielle recently signed up to use Real Links and we're really excited to be working with you! #employeereferrals #advocacy

Diversifying Your Talent Pipeline...with Employee Referrals! Employee Referrals are often thought of as 'anti-diversity'. However, we're seeing companies run referral programmes that are having the opposite effect and supporting ED&I, particularly by running campaigns with diversity groups / ERGs. Sign up below to join me, Hung Lee, Akbar Karenga and friends on Brainfood Live this Friday 25th Oct at 2pm GMT where we will look at... - State of Employee Referrals - how many people get hired via this method? - How many companies have a formal ERP programme? - What are the hallmarks of the great ERP programme? - Can you use ERP to specifically help with workforce diversification? - What techniques can be used to do this, without being discriminatory? - Can you give examples where this has been a success? - What expected problems might we launch a programme like this? - How do we build upon the success of a successful ERP campaign? #referrals #diversity #advocacy Real Links, Anouk Fechner, Hedi Ouardani

Hedi Ouardani and I had an awesome day representing Real Links at the IHR - In-house Recruitment Leaders Conference in Manchester on Thursday! Great to share our insights on referrals & advocacy and to hear so many TA Leaders tell us after that they're both a growing priority for 2025! Why wouldn't they be when you look at the stats we spoke about.... 1️⃣ Referrals are failing, rates below <10% but 30%+ is where you should be! 2️⃣ 560% - larger employee network reach vs employers 3️⃣ 45% - employee recommendations more trusted vs co recommendations 4️⃣ 96% retention - we're seeing millions saved on improving retention alone! 5️⃣ 40% reduced time to hire - huge savings in lost revenue for unfilled roles! 6️⃣ 71% reduction in agency spend - again seeing millions saved! 7️⃣ Huge impact on ED&I & Early Careers by running campaigns with ERGs, interns, apprentices and grads! If you're not already thinking about referrals & advocacy for 2025, now is the time, the business case writes itself and we have a template if you want help! If you think you're doing well enough with referrals, remember 30% is where you could be... #employerbrand #advocacy #referrals Thanks to Mark Lennox, Besma Belfadil at the IHR Team!

Referrals and Employee Advocacy can play a vital role in attracting qualified and diverse talent into your organisations. If you’d like to learn how Real Links supports its customers to source quality candidate and build employe brand awareness, get in touch!
Shout out to the team over at IHR - In-house Recruitment for their London Live event yesterday. It really was a full house! And well done to Rebecca Foden for hosting my favourite stage. My two favourite talks were by Paul Bhangoo from BT Group and Olga Power from Just Eat Takeaway.com! Paul spoke to how BT is using employer branding content and segmentation to improve retention rates and gender diversity in their organisation. The results have been outstanding. Olga addressed the importance of candidate experience, particularly in light of the volume of applications JustEatTakeaway receives. And both touched upon the implications that their roles have on consumers/revnue. BT’s corporate branding is iconic and the need for their Employer Brand team to align with that branding takes some serious skill and consideration. Similarly, Olga noted a negative candidate experience can have direct revenue implications on retaining candidates as customers. It was also awesome to catch up with some industry legends: Karen Hutchison Adão, Graeme Harper, Hung Lee, Charu M., Daen Fox 🦊, Huss Hassan CMgr, Rob Romans Besma Belfadil, Mark Lennox, Sadia Rahman. Real Links, Sam Davies, Anouk Fechner!

And I said, "What about breakfast with Real Links?"
What an epic morning! Thank you to everyone who joined Real Links and SmartRecruiters today for our breakfast event discussing all things employee advocacy and building an effective career site! Even the bad weather didn’t stop us from having a full house this morning! A special thanks to Hung Lee for moderating and Steve Ward for sharing valuable market insights! Also thank you to James Edwards & Lesa Molinari who shared their valuable insights in our panel discussion! Employee advocacy is one of the most effective yet overlooked areas in talent attraction. It’s great to see so many companies working to enable their employees to share their journeys. Ryan Frazier, Lucy Dawson, Chris Donaldson, Sam Davies, Anouk Fechner
