With over 50 years experience in CNC sheet metal work, Recol are able to offer a high quality and competitively priced, sub contract sheet metal work and powder coating service to OEMs throughout the midlands, UK, Europe and beyond. Using CNC Punch and Laser machines, Recol can produce complex profiles in a variety of materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium. Using the most technologically advanced CNC Laser and Punch equipment, we can offer unrivalled quality, flexibility and efficiency. Our latest investment, a punch / laser combination, combines a powerful laser for the flexibility of laser cutting with high speed servo-electric punching for speed and forming capabilities. Following on from the cutting we offer 8-Axis CNC Folding, MIG, TIG and Spot Welding, a full range of finishing including track-fed powder coating as well as assembly, packing and despatch, making us a one-stop solution for sub contract sheet metal work.
