A few weeks ago, Bristol Bears hosted RedRock and Empire Fighting Chance at Ashston Gate. Empire Fighting Chance are an incredible Bristol-based charity that uses an innovative blend of non-combat boxing and personal support to help inspire young people. It was fantastic to spend some time with the team and some of the incredible young people they work with. From an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour to watching the Bears take on Benetton from a hospitality box, it was a day filled with excitement, inspiration, and, of course, a fantastic Bristol win! Huge congratulations to Bristol Bears Women on securing their spot in the PWR semi-final against Gloucester-Hartpury! Their fantastic Friday night win over Harlequins at The Stoop has set up an exciting showdown at Kingsholm on Sunday, March 2nd. Celebrating 1 year with RedRock   Congratulations to Martha Barrett on completing her 1st year with RedRock! Martha is a Senior Delivery Manager and leads the delivery of projects with our customers. Over the past year, Martha has successfully led projects with Citizens Advice, Cabinet Office, Dementia UK and Crown Commercial Services. On Sunday, we had the privilege of partnering with Empire Fighting Chance and Bristol Bears to bring a group of young people to the Bears vs. Benetton game. Empire Fighting Chance is a Bristol-based charity that uses sports therapy to inspire and support young people, helping them build confidence and resilience for the future. The Bristol Bears went above and beyond, offering the group a behind-the-scenes tour of Ashton Gate and hosting us in a box to watch the game. It was a fantastic day, made all the better by a Bristol win! As a company we’re always looking for ways to build bridges between the charities we support and the wider community. As we begin the New Year, we’re taking a moment to look back on some of RedRock’s 2024 highlights. We’re exceptionally proud of all that our team has achieved, and our continued support for the charities and causes that matter to us. In 2024 we… - Continued our support for Empire Fighting Chance, a Bristol-based charity providing support and opportunities for young people. We facilitated CV writing, interview, and career training, and with help from Bristol Bears introduced young people to careers in sport on and off of the playing field. - Delivered critical projects for several UK charities, including Dementia UK and Citizens Advice. - Continued to build upon our relationship with many loyal customers and welcomed over 20 new ones. - Renovated our office, transforming the space to promote collaborative work and employee wellbeing. - Had a fantastic company event in Mallorca to celebrate our achievements, strengthen team spirit, and plan for 2025. With RedRock entering its 20th year, we’re looking forward to many more incredible opportunities in 2025. From all of us here at RedRock, Happy New Year!
