Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse

Our Community and Friends project was developed in direct response to what we saw from our service delivery. The question we were trying to answer was:- How can we raise awareness about domestic abuse and where to go for help in rural communities with a particular focus on the older population. It was shaped and designed by our advisors and driven by our one woman super engine with support from RtR Domestic Abuse Friends. 📑 Report Launch! 📑 We are delighted to be launching this multi-agency collaborative report on Domestic Abuse & the LGBTQIA+ Community: A local review of Oxfordshire! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has been involved in shedding light on this pressing issue. Our report highlights the crucial need for greater outreach work in the LGBTQIA+ community around domestic abuse awareness, and the need for allies to break down barriers to access that LGBTQIA+ people face when trying to access support for or report domestic abuse.
