About us
ReferAll has made it our mission to provide a leading software platform for community health data collection, not only transforming the growth of health and wellbeing services but unlocking new funding opportunities for service providers. ReferAll’s platform is trusted by Public Health Teams, Local Authorities, Leisure Trusts, and NHS organisations throughout the UK. Operating securely in the cloud, ensuring GDPR compliance and providing a 360-degree approach for all stakeholders involved in a health and wellbeing service. Providing real-time key performance indicator reporting, our software goes even further, to reveal patient outcomes for industry standard questionnaires, viewable on a permissions basis for all members of a team who need access. By reducing staff administration time, it helps increase time for participants, as well as automating appointment reminders, speeding up activity enrolment and providing motivational text messages, making the community-health ‘journey’ easier for participants and so more successful for providers. In summary, ReferAll empowers organisations to collect, analyse, and utilise community health data effectively. By adopting our platform, health and wellbeing service providers can optimise their operations, improve participant outcomes, and foster a healthier community.

WE MUST CHANGE HOW WE DELIVER HEALTH Excited to contribute and engage in todays ukactive collaborative design day for a blueprint physical activity model for integrated care systems. The health and care system in the UK, is facing unprecedented levels of demand for its services. A rise in lifestyle related long term conditions combined with an ageing population and a crippled health system has created long waiting times for physical, mental and social services, poorer health outcomes, widening health inequalities and a constrained economy to fund a commensurate response. In September 2024, the new Government published an assessment by Lord Ara Darzi that revealed the NHS and care system to be ‘broken’ as it stands and pointed to the need for reform in its direction of travel to find a solution. This assessment highlighted the need to embrace three key shifts in the way we design, deliver and maintain health and care - from sickness to prevention from hospital to community from analogue to digital. It is my overwhelming belief that by enhancing the nation’s level of physical activity, and by building evidence based physical activity into our care pathways and frontline treatments we can provide a significant contribution to delivering these shifts. But also, by doing so, we can underpin the Government’s ambition for economic growth by reducing the economically inactive and by stimulating an increase in jobs and inward investment. Active strong people have a more positive economic impact. So health funding turns from a sink hole for money when you focus just on more appointments to a positive investment when you focus on changing the narrative, approach and treatments. No health promoting intervention other than physical activity has the same scale and ability to meet simultaneously both of these key Government missions. I will do anything I can to support everyone in our society to find activity that works for them. Whatever that looks like. Are you with me? If you are start making noise and don’t stop till we get what we NEED. #fitness #health #sport #physicalactivity #lifestyle Royal College of General Practitioners British Society of Lifestyle Medicine Red Whale parkrun

We're seeing a growing theme in the pivot to wellbeing. Operators are setting up "stealth" intervention pathways designed to offer timely support. Their purpose? To deliver brief touch points of support and advice if people are not quite ready to commit to, or a the "action" stage of behaviour change. Although this approach isn't brand new, leisure providers are now taking the important step of recording the early stages of a client's journey—with their permission—and applying behaviour change strategies like the transtheoretical model (TTM) in a friendly, conversational manner during drop-in sessions or general inquiries. Analysing the outcomes is crucial for gaining insights into long-term success. By sowing the seed of "we're here to support you in your journey towards a healthier lifestyle" and carefully nurturing it, they can foster improvements in community health, extending beyond just those who are referred. Have you started similar programmes, and what motivates this shift? #pivottohealth #behaviourchange #dataanalysis
