Rev PR turns 10 in 2025, which has put us in a reflective mood – so we’re taking some time this year to look back on some of our past achievements and the Team Rev experiences that have shaped us. In celebration of this, we’re going to be unearthing our digital time capsule and looking back to what we were chatting about on our social platforms in years gone by. Here’s an oldie but a goodie from January 2020 – over 200 million Instagram users visit at least one business profile on Instagram every day. That was back in 2020 and if you thought Instagram may be losing popularity and audience to platforms like TikTok then you’d be wrong. The latest figures show 90% of Instagram accounts follow at least one business. 42% increase in sales from Instagram after using the shopping feature. 130 million people engage with shoppable Instagram posts monthly.
