We're hiring: Contract Administrator As a Contract Administrator within the Customer Care team, you will provide contract administration support for either Fire or Electrical contracts, prepare and share client updates via portals and SharePoint, and manage incoming phone calls. You will ensure the timely and accurate completion of timesheets, schedule appointments, and compile contract data for the Contract Manager to meet client KPIs. Additional responsibilities include filing and distributing engineer diaries, attending client meetings as a contract team representative, and collaborating with SMT and the Contracts team to advance the company's H&S strategy. You will also model RGE values, ensuring compliance with all required training, auditing, and reporting to foster positive outcomes and a supportive culture.
