Yesterday, members of our employment law team, Elaine Abbs and Jordan I., attended a fascinating talk 'Men’s Mental Health and Masculinity in 2024' hosted by the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) in honour of Men's Mental Health Day.    Our employment lawyers are proud members of the Employment Lawyer’s Association   Due to fear of stigma, many men feel unable to speak about their mental health struggles. According to Mental Health UK, 46% of men would be too embarrassed to tell their employer about their mental health issues.
