This week the children took part in the Rock Kidz on Tour Workshop. The theme of the workshop was resilience, perseverance and dreams which aligned perfectly with our Growth Mindset concept that permeates all aspects at Brownlow. The children were encouraged to set goals, aspirations and to dream big through singing, dancing and fun challenges. They also learnt an original song ‘Don’t Quit’ which will remind them to never give up! I certainly didn’t envisage that I would have to play an imaginary air guitar in front of 350+ people when I planned my schedule at the week end. A fabulous day was had by all and the key messages resonated loud and clear.
