We’ve been recognised by Citizens Advice as the UK’s greenest parcel operator based on average grams of CO2 emissions per parcel delivered in their recently published Parcels League Table 2024. We’ve achieved this thanks to our unique ‘feet on the street’ delivery model and the continued electrification of our delivery fleet – the UK’s largest electric vehicle (EV) delivery fleet, while also deploying millions of litres of biofuels in some of our larger trucks. Today we announced our half year results for 2024-25. Despite a difficult market environment, we are pleased to announce we delivered revenue growth and returned to an adjusted operating profit. Royal Mail modernisation continues at pace, with innovative measures to improve services for customers. Investment in GLS continues, expanding its network of lockers and collection points and pushing its global service across the US and Asia-Pacific.
