At Rullion, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. Achieving our Disability Confident Level 2 accreditation marked a proud milestone, but it's far from the end of the road. Over the past 12 months, we've made great strides in advancing disability inclusivity, and 2024 has been a year of action and impact. Here are just some of the steps we've taken this year: ✅ Supporting Our People: Introducing I-act Practitioners and refreshing our Mental Health First Aiders to enhance employee wellbeing. ✅ Focused Learning: Following our Disability Awareness Training in 2023, we've embraced neurodiversity this year, launching new e-learning and management guides to help build a truly neuroinclusive workplace. ✅ Listening and Learning: Embedding inclusivity by gathering real insights through six-weekly feedback sessions and our annual E,D&I survey. ✅ Building Partnerships: Working with Bridge of Hope and Shaw Trust to create meaningful opportunities and raise awareness.
