As part of an asset replacement project, Ryan-Jayberg Ltd has supplied new refrigerated cabinets into the prestigious Selfridges Foodhall on Oxford St in London. The new doored multideck cases are operating on natural refrigerants, reducing our clients carbon footprint, FGas reliance and energy consumption! A few sore heads in the office this morning after last night’s end of year function for the Ryan Jayberg team. Great to see all areas of our business represented at the event which was a fantastic way to celebrate another prosperous year as we continue our expansion into new and exciting areas of the refrigeration and heat pump world.

Another successful in-house training course delivered to our engineers in collaboration with Jason Romer of Monarch Training. This course was bespoke built around the SCM CO2 Cubo Aqua units that are being rolled out across one of our clients estates. Another Ryan-Jayberg refrigeration refit for a Waitrose flagship branch successfully completed today, thanks to great work by our Chris Newby and the team! Check out our recent project at Waitrose Maidenhead, now utilising CO2 technology to provide cooling to the cold rooms ! A big shout out to all the contactors, CTS Shopfitting, Purecold, RJM, Frijado, ISD & Paul Earl Electrical and Mechanical, for all the support provided! Well done!!!

All things technical this week. Compressor types and electrics training, going back to the basics! I for one am amazed at how much you forget over the years and become complacent, especially when it comes to testing compressors and electrics. Today, in collaboration with Jason Romer of Monarch Training, we jointly delivered another bespoke training course to our engineers at one of Ryan-Jayberg Ltd premises. We conducted this on a part theory and part hands on practical with real equipment that the engineers work on day in, day out. We strongly believe in upskilling our engineers to ensure that they are at a consistent, confident level & enabled to deliver a first class service to our clients, where they can carry out in-depth diagnostics and aim to achieve 1st time fixes on the 1st attendance. The only way to achieve this is by delivering courses like these so that we can support everybody in delivering that expected first class service all round.
