Alongside 422 others, she helped build two schools and literacy hubs in the township of Lwandle, where 80% of children cannot read or write to proficient levels and are trapped in abject poverty, unable to find jobs as a result. We take our role in breaking these cycles very seriously, and believe all employers have a vital part to play in empowering young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to unlock their potential and thrive.
