For two days, we gathered around 2,600 employees from 7 countries in Stockholm for a joint kick-off and 20-year celebration! 🎉   We looked back on the 20 years that have passed and were inspired by guest speakers and several brave colleagues who took the stage. It was two fantastic days with productive conferences, nostalgic entertainment, and great company. 💙

Söderberg & Partners turns 20! 🎉   Today it is 20 years since the company was founded, when nine analysts, led by CEO Gustaf Rentzhog, left one of the Nordic region's major finance companies. Per-Olof Söderberg also became the main owner and has since participated as chairman of the board.   Now, 20 years later, we have more than 4000 employees in around 200 offices in 8 countries. 🌍   Despite our strong growth, we have always been keen to maintain the corporate culture that existed even when the company was very young.   We would like to thank all customers, partners, suppliers and employees for this exciting 20-year journey and look forward to the next 20 years together!

Söderberg & Partners' current minority owners KKR and TA Associates are investing an additional EUR 265 million through a new share issue. The new growth investment is covered through funds and assets managed by the global investment firm KKR and private equity firm TA Associates. The new capital will be used to support Söderberg & Partners' continued expansion where Söderberg & Partners is currently active, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom and Spain. Gustaf Rentzhog, CEO and co-founder of Söderberg & Partners says: “We see that our venture in the UK is working, and we now want to scale it up even faster. We see many opportunities and have high ambitions to become one of the leading players in the UK within a few years."

Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management has appointed Paul Boston to the board in the role of Chairman. Paul succeeds former Chairman and industry veteran Bill Vasilieff, who passed away last year at the age of 68. “I am excited to be taking on this role at such an important time for the business although I clearly wish it had been a result of different circumstances. It has been fascinating to watch the pace at which Söderberg & Partners’ have made their mark on the UK advice marketplace with lots more to come For me it stands out from the pack by making the adviser absolutely core, not the necessary evil to distribute the core. I am really looking forward to supporting the company’s management team with its future plans.”
