£3,152 Raised to Help Save Young Lives: Walking for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide 💜 Together, we’ve helped PAPYRUS support 300 young people in crisis. Our Glasgow team joined forces to walk 10km along the picturesque Forth & Clyde Canal. This inspiring event followed Blackpool’s 10km walk, uniting our team members across both locations to raise awareness and funds for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide. 💡 Why This Matters: Every £10 raised supports a young person in crisis through HOPELINEUK, PAPYRUS’s suicide prevention service. With £3,152 raised, we’re proud to have enabled life-saving support for 300 young people. A Mission Close to Our Hearts "It's a purpose very close to our hearts at Safehinge Primera. We were honoured to be able to do this walk." – Martin Izod, Co-Founder/CPO Joining the Glasgow walk with his family, Martin reflected on why PAPYRUS’s mission resonates so deeply with us. One of our own has faced the unimaginable loss of a child to suicide, reinforcing our determination to design solutions that protect lives. When Guy Wistuba from PAPYRUS visited our Glasgow office this week, to accept our donation, he was moved by how many lives our products have saved. His words reminded us, that our purpose is why we do what we do. We design for good. We help protect people through vulnerable times. How You Can Help? Your generosity has already made an incredible difference, but our journey doesn’t stop here. ✨ Support More Young Lives: Your donation of just £10 could connect another person in crisis to life-saving support through HOPELINEUK. [Donate Now ➡️https://lnkd.in/eba4DTKf] [Learn More About HOPELINEUK ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eQX3SGrx] 💜 Thank you to every walker, donor, and supporter. Together, we’re making a life-changing difference for young people in crisis. #HopeForTomorrow #MakingADifference #SuicidePrevention #SafehingePrimera

Up to do good again! This December, doing good brought us to Meadowfield Hospital in Sussex, where Doora, our training vehicle, turned up with her festive outfit while delivering lifesaving innovation. With a Santa hat and fairy lights twinkling, Doora wasn’t just dressed for the season, but actually delivered what was needed to the clinical team to make a difference. Here’s what we accomplished: ✅ Full Door Alarm System Training – Not just a door, but a patient safety device. ✅ Electronic Locksets – The perfect blend of anti-barricade safety and patient dignity. ✅ Hold-Open Closers – Designed for resilience in mental health environments. Alongside Paul, Shaun, and Dave, we trained clinical teams, ensuring that staff at Meadowfield Hospital and its Haven crisis facility are ready to respond swiftly, safely, and compassionately. At Meadowfield, where acute mental health care is at the forefront, we reinforced our commitment to safer, dignified spaces that prioritise both staff confidence and patient well-being. ✨ Stay tuned for more ‘Up to do good’ Doora news - we hear Santa is coming @lee mcintyre? ✨ Get in touch to book Doora for your team here: https://hubs.ly/Q02_nbsr0 #UpToDoGood #DooraOnTheMove #MentalHealthCare #PatientSafety #InnovationInCare

🌟 We've Done It! 🌟 On Friday 29th November, our team successfully completed the walk for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide – and what an incredible day it was! We’re thrilled to share that we’ve raised thousands of pounds for this vital cause. The full amount raised will be announced soon, but we couldn’t wait to celebrate the amazing support we’ve received so far. The turnout from the team was nothing short of amazing. From meaningful conversations to moments of laughter, it was an experience filled with connection, camaraderie, and a shared sense of purpose. We were also delighted to have Martin Izod, our Co-Founder, join us and share heartfelt words on why supporting PAPYRUS is so important to us as a team. Enjoy our video featuring Martin, alongside snapshots of our day, including the amazing Max and Rory (Martin’s sons) who joined us on their bikes to cheer us on! Every step we took along the Forth & Clyde Canal was a step towards hope. Thank you to everyone who’s donated and supported us along the way – together, we’re helping PAPYRUS provide life-saving resources for young people in crisis. 💜 #PAPYRUS #CharityWalk #TeamBonding #SuicidePrevention #SafehingePrimera #HopeForTomorrow #Donate #SponsoredWalk
