We make good homes affordable for people all over England.
About us
Sage is England’s largest provider of newly built affordable housing. As a registered provider, we are proud to be helping to address the housing crisis by providing affordable housing to those most in need. We provide both new Shared Ownership (part buy, part rent) and rental homes. Our customers are at the heart of our business which is why we are committed to providing high quality homes and excellent service. We strive to have a positive impact on everyone we work with from our customers to our partners to each other. Sage Homes is injecting new funding into the sector by acquiring and maintaining affordable housing as part of Section 106 agreements. We are partnering with developers and managers from across the residential market, both public and private, to increase the supply of quality affordable housing across all tenures. We use a modern, dynamic, and dependable approach to management that provides a best in class service to tenants. We will ensure all our services are available online and easily accessible by our tenants. Sage Homes is working in partnership with some of the most established Registered Providers: all of our homes will be managed by best in class rated Registered Providers with established stock in the same local authority area. We offer local authorities full nomination rights across all tenures. We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.

We were delighted to host a festive community event in Hexthorpe. It was a pleasure to get to know our customers better, answer their questions and introduce them to local stakeholders. Thanks to everyone who braved Storm Darragh to join us and to Rebecca Gillibrand who organised the event.

Our Office Coordinator Francesca Hawkes is boxed in by all these presents on their way to underprivileged children in Romford and Thornton Heath. Our generous colleagues have donated 93 gifts to children who may not receive a present this year. Thanks to Family Action, Abigail Gray, Francesca and our colleagues for this fantastic initiative.

This White Ribbon Day, we're proud to be working with Women's Aid to provide specialist support to our employees, helping them to help customers who are surviving domestic abuse, in the most positive ways possible.
We have been taught to wear a seatbelt and Think! when we’re on the roads. We know how to keep our homes safe from a fire and what to do if the worst does happen. But if you're a woman, you're more likely to be killed by your partner than by smoke or from not wearing your seatbelt. Domestic abuse is the national emergency that still goes ignored. Today marks the beginning of 16 days and we need you to help us respond to the emergency and donate to save lives: https://lnkd.in/e2RvNBZc
