Our founder Richard Few has a complete career long obsession with sales and desire to understand every facet of the buying/selling process. In a world where buying habits continue to change so does our need to evolve as a sales organisation. Sales has changed so much in recent years and many businesses and sales organisations simply haven't adapted and are likely doing the same things in the same ways and wondering why results are not improving.
