Are we choosing the easy ways to support women at work? Our recent internal survey sparked an important conversation. While listening and celebrating women’s achievements were the most common ally actions, unconscious bias was identified as the biggest challenge. And our external poll reinforced a key barrier: Company culture is the biggest obstacle to women’s career progression. The good news? 46% of respondents actively support female careers. But inclusion is still a work in progress with only 51% feeling their workplace is fully inclusive for women. Awareness is a start, but real change happens when we go further. Addressing bias, advocating for equity, and creating real opportunities make the biggest impact. This #IWD, we’re reflecting on how we can turn awareness into action.
