Great message to start the day. This is why we do what we do! We have worked on this deal for several months and was more complex than a straight forward deal. The customer wanted to finance a mix of new and second hand equipment and was very determined to get the exact pieces of second hand kit that he wanted. Philip Knight from Asset Advantage and I had a teams call with the customer to discuss the requirements and the reason for wanting second hand equipment. His response was 'it may be 10 years old but its 'bulletproof', they don't make them like this anymore. Happy with the response Phillip agreed to split the deal on a loan basis for the second hand kit so the customer could start tracking down the required pieces on his shopping list and then straight forward asset finance on the new equipment. 🌟Deal of the Week!🌟 The customer approached Sam McShane at Satellite Finance Ltd as they were happy with the service and rates received in the past. 🤝   As we had dealt with them before, we understood the financials behind the business alongside knowing their strong background.📈   The customer needed Satellite to turn the deal around quickly to be able to secure the order from the main dealer. ⌛   Within a few days, the deal was fully approved on a Hire Purchase facility with a low deposit. 💷   Funds were drawn down in a seamless process, allowing the customer to take delivery of their new fleet of vans. 🚐 If you feel that you or your customer could benefit from Satellite’s offering, please reach out to us. 🌟Deal of the Week!🌟 When a longstanding customer of Satellite Finance Ltd reached out to ask for further funding, Jon W obliged.🤝   They wished to purchase specialist equipment for a new division of their business, and the equipment needed to come from abroad. The customer discussed with Jon what solutions would be available, and a Sale & HP back suited their needs. However, the transaction would have to take place on a same day basis to minimise impact on cash flow.📅 A condition of the deal was an asset inspection, which could prolong things for the customer in terms of getting their money back. This was no issue for Satellite as we were able to send a specialist member of the team up to visit the site where the goods were.📸   As the inspection had been completed to the lenders satisfaction, the transaction occurred on the same day that the customer paid their supplier - meaning the supplier was paid within their terms, and our customers cash flow remained unharmed.💷 If you feel that you or your customer could benefit from Satellite’s offering, please reach out to us. 🌟Deal of the Week!🌟 Our customer had recently taken over a new warehouse, which needed full racking installed. The supplier had their own finance options, which the customer explored. Unfortunately they were unable to source the funding required, meaning the customer would not be able to move forward with the install. ❌   Thankfully, they had previously dealt with Bernard Alderson Alderson, Sales Manager at Satellite Finance. 😄 Bern discussed the deal in depth with the customer, and began reaching out to our lending partners to see who could assist.    Shortly after, the deal had been approved for the full amount with only one lender needing to be utilised. The news that no Personal Guarantee's were required either went down well with the customer, highlighting the flexibility of our lending panel. 🤝 Here's what the customer had to say: 'Please allow me to thank Bern for his prompt & efficient service in arranging the finance.  You made this journey very pleasant and stress free for us.
