📢 PRESS RELEASE: Anocca Submits Clinical Trial Application for Multi-asset Trial VIDAR-1 in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer We are pleased to announce the CTA submission, following successful validation, for our multi-asset trial VIDAR-1. The first product in this trial, ANOC-001, will target mutant KRAS G12V, in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Mutant KRAS is implicated in pancreatic, lung and colorectal cancers. G12V and G12D mutations in KRAS affect ~90% of pancreatic cancer patients. There is a less than 10% five-year survival rate for patients with PDAC, with no definitive treatments for advanced patients at present. Another significant milestone for us as we confirm that the first patient has been dosed in our Phase 1b COMPOSER-1 trial of MB310, our precision microbiome medicine for ulcerative colitis (UC)! 30 patients with mild to moderate UC from sites in the UK, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland and Spain will be included in the trial.   MB310, an orally administered live biotherapeutic product, is a new treatment modality for UC patients, offering the potential of disease remission without immunosuppression. With patients now receiving our precision microbiome treatments in both the COMPOSER-1 trial for UC and the MELODY-1 trial for melanoma, we continue to advance new therapeutic possibilities for patients. 🏃♀️ Frontier Science Scotland is stepping up for the Paths for All Step Count Challenge! 🏃♂️ This month, three teams of five FSS staff are tracking their steps as part of this twice-yearly wellness initiative organized by Paths for All and Healthier Scotland. From November 4th to December 1st, team members will be logging their activity whenever and wherever they choose, working toward personal and team goals. Eric Riley and Darren Gibson got a head start last week at BIO-Europe in Stockholm, where the partnering meetings kept them on the move and boosted their step counts! With live leaderboards and weekly mini-competitions, there's a great mix of camaraderie and friendly competition and we're proud to see our teams step up to the challenge and embrace healthy competition.
