🌟 Supporting Young People Towards Bright Futures 🌟 We’re proud to award Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs £4,000 to support their transformative Routes service, which helps young people impacted by a family member’s alcohol or drug use. Life can be tough for young people in these situations, with stigma, poverty, and challenges at home often affecting their education, confidence, and future prospects. Scottish Families’ Routes service works with 12–26-year-olds, providing one-to-one support, group meet-ups, and day trips that combat isolation, build confidence, and encourage positive steps toward education and employment. This funding will contribute to the organisations dedicated education support, helping young people overcome barriers to their learning. The Routes team offers practical, hands-on support, from arranging college placements to cheering young people on as they achieve qualifications like food hygiene certificates or Youth Dynamic Awards. This long-term, consistent guidance can make a lasting difference, empowering young people to achieve their goals and build brighter futures. This vital work is made possible thanks to the incredible players of the Scottish Children's Lottery. Your support allows charities like Scottish Families to change lives every day. #whatarethechances #PositiveDestinations #SupportingYouth #ScottishChildrensLottery #ScottishFamilies

A fantastic organisation and we are very proud to be able to support such a brilliant service. Keep up the great work The Honeypot Children's Charity.
We are delighted to have received a grant from Scottish Children's Lottery Trust to fund an education booster break at Honeypot Dalleagles in East Ayrshire. Our Social and Emotional Active Learning (SEAL) programme targets specific learning needs, offering personalised support in small groups to children such as young carers who are dealing with difficult challenges at home that can impact negatively on their mainstream school education. SEAL supports social and emotional development through a range of activities that build confidence, increase self-esteem, and further personal growth through reflection, collaboration, and communication. It encourages children to be ambitious about their futures, recognise their self-worth, develop a positive approach to learning, and aspire to reach their full educational potential. Thank you to players of Scottish Children's Lottery! #WhatAreTheChances #SocialEmotionalLearning
