🚀Is Organizational Culture The Next Frontier For AI In The Workplace? We’re thrilled to end the year on a high note with ScultureAI featured in Forbes by Larry English! 🎉 As Larry aptly highlights, AI and culture might not seem like an obvious pairing at first. AI represents cutting-edge technology, while culture is rooted in deeply human interactions—how people collaborate, treat one another, and serve their customers. That’s where ScultureAI comes in. We’re bridging this gap, showing how AI can seamlessly support and amplify culture, making it a natural and transformative pairing. Check out the article to see how we’re helping organizations embed their values into everyday interactions. A huge thank you to Larry English and Forbes for this feature, and a special shoutout to Adam Holtby at Omdia for his valuable contributions. 🙏 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eFTu4jKB #OrganizationalCulture #AI #Leadership #Coaching #Innovation #BehavioralScience #Forbes #ScultureAI
About us
ScultureAI is a technology startup, developing innovative solutions for shaping organisational culture. Our unique approach uses state-of-the-art AI to coach everyday interactions (such as writing emails or messaging colleagues) when staff are interacting with each other and when they are communicating with external stakeholders. Shaping culture at this level has been impossible till now. ScultureAI’s proprietary technology and methods change that. Our story: Andrew Rashbass, the founder of ScultureAI, brings thirty years of experience in international corporations to address a persistent challenge: shaping the right organisational culture for success. Current tools and methods for cultural change are often ineffective and most culture-change initiatives fail to achieve their goals (Harvard Business School, 2021). Traditional approaches perform well when diagnosing issues with an organisation’s culture and developing the values and culture needed for success. However, they struggle to implement the changes they know they need because the available tools: • Trickle down the organisation but don’t reach deeply into the organisation • Fail to influence everyday digital interactions • Fall short in remote work environments • Are episodic or one-time efforts • May have too narrow a focus like inclusivity • Don’t address conflicting cultural goals within an organisation • Can be prohibitively expensive • Are usually led by consultants, not internal staff Micro-interactions, especially digital ones, are the real fabric of organisational culture. These ubiquitous, yet often overlooked, interactions are the key to culture change. With a longstanding passion for AI and in particular insights from his work in the van der Schaar Lab (a world-leading machine-learning Lab), Rashbass saw the potential for AI to help shape culture at scale. This insight led to the creation of ScultureAI, a company dedicated to transforming organisational culture from the bottom up.

🚀 Revolutionizing Workplace Culture with AI and coaching We’re excited to share that Information Matters has featured ScultureAI in an in-depth interview with co-founders Andrew Rashbass and Elie Rashbass, CFA. The article dives into how ScultureAI is revolutionising workplaces and organisational culture by helping embed company values into everyday interactions through the power of Gen-AI and coaching. Through integrating seamlessly with workflows such as email and Slack, and providing private, behavioural coaching, ScultureAI is supporting companies to embed their desired workplace culture, one everyday interaction at a time. 🌟 As Andrew Rashbass explains in the interview, posters in elevators won’t embed culture - real change happens in the moment, and AI has the potential to make that possible. We’re proud to see ScultureAI’s innovative approach recognised in a leading publication like Information Matters. Huge thanks to Dr Martin De Saulles for the interview and the insightful article. 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eZj8CZAq #OrganisationalCulture #InformationMatters #AI #Culture #BehavioralScience #Innovation #Leadership #Coaching

Join me and my guest Elie Rashbass, CFA on the Data & AI Live show next week. Elie's company ScultureAI are doing something revolutionary with Gen AI. They are leveraging it to solve the age old problem of culture change within organisations. Any CEO will tell you that Culture Change is devilishly difficult, and over 70% fail. Despite the backing of C-Suite failure occurs because of the 100's if not thousands of micro-interactions between staff every day which do not change. What if we could use Gen AI to coach these interactions though? Join us next Tuesday live to find out more. Link in the comments
